1. Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Practitioner - give participants “hands-on” experience in applying the GB TRIZ principles to well defined inventive problems.

• Understand basic of GB TRIZ concepts.
• Solve well defined inventive problems by using Guided Brainstorming Toolkit™ (GBT) software
• Participate in complex projects under the supervision of a GB TRIZ Facilitator.

2. Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Professional - give participants the tools to identify, structure and resolve complex problems.

• Train to use Guided Innovation Toolkit™ (GIT) software.
• Define challenge and use function and cause-effect modeling to formulate opportunities.
• Support Guided Brainstorming™ cross-functional complex projects supervised by GB TRIZ Facilitator.

3. Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Facilitator - develops the skills necessary to:

• Apply the Guided Brainstorming™ process in a work-team environment.
• Lead and facilitate problem solving workshops.
• Conduct Guided Brainstorming™ TRIZ Practitioner training for the project team.
• Forms the basis for creating a self-sustaining, in-house capability for a culture of innovation.
